Are we supposed to be angry?  Can we turn anger into something which is eventually positive?  Instead of using anger in a negative way; either against ourselves or someone/something else – can we turn it into something which is a positive tool?

Where in the bible does God deal with anger?  Does Jesus tell us how to cope with it in order to protect ourselves?
